Caramel First get a glass vile w/ cap, sugar, propane torch, and some prongs (to hold the vile). Then pour some sugar into the vile, put on the cap, and hold it with the prongs. Light the propane torch and start to heat the vile. You will see it turning to liquid and bubbling. It is now carbon dioxide. A little while longer and you have home made caramel. |
